Terms & Conditions Questions

Contact our support team within 7 days of the disputed bet. We investigate and respond within 5 business days. If you disagree with our decision, you can escalate to our compliance team for a final review within 10 days total.

Your funds are held in segregated accounts separate from our operating capital. If barudak 4d ceases operations, your balance is returned in full. We maintain insurance coverage for player funds as required by our license terms.

These terms remain in effect for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, the terms no longer apply, but historical disputes and transaction records are retained for 7 years per regulatory requirements.
